You cannot terminate or cancel your order / service and no refund will be made for any payment done to Indus Breath Life which is already billed. Indus Breath Life does not promise to refund the amount paid by the user during termination / cancellation of any order.

Shipping will be to the address specified in your order, which must be within India. We aim to ship all orders promptly and at the earliest practicable time. Shipping will be by a third party and occasionally shipping time may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

Requests for specific shipping dates will be reasonably honoured subject to existing circumstances. Regardless of the date of actual shipment, Customer will not be excused from its obligation to pay for Products when shipped. Indus Breath Life may choose to ship from any of its warehouses. Indus Breath Life will choose the carrier. Indus Breath Life may make partial shipments. Delay in shipment or delivery of any particular installment shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to accept remaining shipments. Indus Breath Life will accept requests for a proof of delivery (P.O.D.) up to sixty (60) days after the invoice date.

INDUS BREATH LIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE, FOR FAILURE TO FILL ORDERS, DELAYS IN DELIVERY OR ANY ERROR IN FULFILLING ORDERS. The shipping charges specified, if any, as part of your order will apply. These charges may change from time to time.
